A former Junior A hockey player, Alexander "Alex" Garbiso is an Onnit-certified trainer and the owner of Mile High Nutrition and Fitness. When he isn't helping clients reach their health goals, Alex Garbiso enjoys following his favorite National Football League (NFL) team, the Denver Broncos.
Seeking to improve its offensive line, the Broncos drafted offensive tackle Garett Bolles with the 20th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Last season, Denver gave up the ninth-most quarterback sacks (40) in the 32-team league, and the addition of Bolles should greatly improve the team's ability to protect its quarterback. The 24-year-old was an elite run blocker at the University of Utah and is expected to start on the left side for the Broncos, while Menelik Watson and Donald Stephenson will battle for playing time on the right side.
A former five-star college recruit, Bolles completed the 40-yard dash at the NFL combine in just 4.95 seconds, which is impressive given his 6-foot-5, 297-pound frame. He started 13 games for Utah in 2016 and earned First-team All-Conference honors.

A certified personal trainer and nutritionist, Alexander “Alex” Garbiso works with clients through Mile High Nutrition and Fitness, which he opened in 2015. A former Junior A hockey player in Canada, Alex Garbiso is an avid fan of the National Hockey League's (NHL) Colorado Avalanche.
An otherwise disappointing season for the Avalanche presented an opportunity for 19-year-old Tyson Jost, who scored his first career NHL goal in an April 6 game against the Minnesota Wild. The goal evoked a loud cheer from the Avalanche crowd as well as tears of joy from his grandfather, who was shown on the arena's big screen.
Selected 10th overall in the 2016 NHL Draft, Jost was signed by Colorado following the completion of his freshman season with the University of North Dakota, for which he scored 16 goals and added 19 assists in 33 games. He was named to the National Collegiate Hockey Conference All-Rookie Team and earned a silver medal with Canada at the U20 World Junior Championships in January. With the Avalanche, Jost played in the team's final six games of the season and averaged over 14 minutes of ice timer per game.

In 2012, Gabriel Landeskog was named the captain of the Colorado Avalanche and became the NHL’s youngest captain ever at 19 years and 286 days. Selected number two overall in the 2011 NHL draft, he delivered immediately by becoming only the third Swedish-born player to win the Calder Cup award for the best rookie in the league. In the same season, he also was the third rookie to ever score 20 goals and to notch more than 200 body checks.
The 6’1”, 215-pound left wing plays a very physical game, and he is considered an excellent two-way forward. In 2014, he signed a seven-year, $39 million-dollar contract with the team, which gives him a cap hit of $5,571,429. For charity, Landeskog has been active in an anti-bullying campaign, and he has worked with a foundation called EMPWR to promote concussion awareness.

The Onnit Academy in Austin, Texas, is operated by Master Trainer Joey Alvarado and is designed to help those who deal with joint mobility issues, such as knee pain, to use his top five mobility exercises to gain better fitness and overcome the pain. The five mobility exercises are designed around the use of resistance bands to regain strength and mobility.
